Host an Event For BARCS
Thank you for your interest and enthusiasm in hosting an event to benefit BARCS! We depend upon support from our community to care for thousands of homeless animals. Thankfully, BARCS receives requests from individuals and organizations like yours who are interested in raising funds for BARCS so that we can continue to save the lives of animals in our community. It is our responsibility to the community to confirm that when the BARCS name or logo is being used, that it supports our mission.
Four simple steps to hosting a fundraising event:
- Plan your event. Think about what kind of fundraiser you want to have. A bingo night? Happy hour? Raffle? Concert? A simple lemonade stand? We’ve seen it all!
- Review our event guidelines. Familiarize yourself with our guidelines before submitting an event application (these are on the application linked below).
- Tell us about your event. Complete the online event application form. The information you provide helps us offer tips or suggestions for your event. We'll respond to your request within one week of your submission to discuss next steps.
- Promote your event. Spread the word about your event through social media! Facebook especially is a great tool to get the community involved and interested in participating.
