End of Life Services
Your pet is an important member of your family. Being a pet owner is a wonderful gift that brings great joy to millions of people every day. Unfortunately, at some point, you must make difficult and emotional decisions regarding the health of your companion, including end of life decisions.
BARCS offers end of life services for sick, elderly or otherwise suffering animals. Pet owners who cannot afford the cost of euthanasia at a full-service veterinarian can contact us at 410-396-4695 (option 6) or email resource@barcs.org to speak with a Resource Coordinator and to schedule an appointment. This service is available and free for Baltimore City residents only.
**We do not euthanize healthy pets. Our medical staff will evaluate your pet and may or may not honor your request.**
