After-Hours and Emergency Contact Information
BARCS is a private nonprofit animal organization that partners with Baltimore City Animal Services. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 2 p.m. - 6 p.m., and weekends from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. Outside of these times, our staff is not readily available by phone or email. For emergency and after-hours animal needs please use the following contact methods:
- For animals in crisis (life-threatening injuries or active abuse) please immediately call 911
- For non-emergency animal concerns, please contact Baltimore City Animal Services at 311
